To minimise disruption, all system work can be carried out outside normal business hours upon request. It’s all part of the Xircom Systems Ltd service commitment.

For remote support, we use Supremo, a secure and user-friendly remote access tool. You can download it free of charge at: www.supremocontrol.com

Simply click “Download” and run the application — no installation required. Once launched, just provide your ID and Password, and we can securely access your system. No personal details are stored by us.

Network Design / Installation

We can Design, Implement, Commission and Support your new system. We are experts in designing secure networked systems for small to medium sized business users and implementing them with the minimum of fuss. We will carefully listen to your requirements, and recommend what we believe would be the most appropriate systems to accommodate your needs. We have completed a wide variety of installations ranging from migrating mixed Windows 8, Windows 10 PC to Windows 11 through to installations with the latest Windows 2016, 2019 & 2022 Servers. We have working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and many other Server Applications.

IT Hardware & Software Support

Between us we have over 50 years in IT Hardware & Software Support, Installation, Cabling, and IT Project Management. Remote Access - Here at Xircom Systems Ltd, we use Supremo for remote access, this can be download from www.supremocontrol.com at no charge to you, just click the download button and run the application. Once you downloaded you have a ID and Password, that all we need to take control of your computer. Nothing installed, no details will be stored by us.
