Server Support
Xircom Systems Limited will supply you a dedicated 12 months support contract. With this support contract in place, we will look after your server or servers.

Quarterly server preventative maintenance. Software update's as and when they become public domain. Unlimited support 5 day per week 52 weeks a year (excluding public holidays & weekend, "unless agreed").

Total Network Support
This support contract is an extended version of support "PACK A", but with the added value of support for all Computers on your Local Area Network.

We will evaluate the applications running on all workstations, check the speed of network traffic, user account management, user profiles and workstation configuration, add new users, remove old users "Effective Network Management"

Total Support with Hardware Repair Or Replacement.
This is support "PACK B" but with hardware repair or replacement. Any part or component used in the daily running of your computer Network will be covered under this agreement. Once a part is diagnosed as faulty, an engineer will be sent with a replacement part of the same make, model or newer.

Oniste / Remote / Telephone Support
All our clients who take out a Network Support Agreement will recive complete technical support, including telephoen, rmeote and on site visit. This support is almost 24/7 what I mean by that is my clients can call me anytime day or night, weekend for any IT problems that are covered by our Support Agreement.

Non Contracted Clients are on a Pay-As-You-Go which is normally charges at £50.00 Ex VAT Per Hours Ex VAT including travel time for on-site visit, the same charges are made for remote access, again no charge is made for use of software. For remote access we use Supremo but also have access to Team Viewer, VNC and Google Desktop, we also have use of Zoom Video Calling and Microsoft Teams.

Xircom Systems Limited, are a reseller for many different type of software and applications from ESET Anti Virus, to Suprmeo Remote Access, we also0 have technical knowledge of many famous brands of software, SOE Exact, Sage Line 50, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL to name but a few.

Management server
ESET Security Management Center manages endpoint products from a single pane of glass and can be installed on Windows or Linux. As an alternative to on-premise installation, customers with up to 250 seats can manage their endpoints via ESET Cloud Administrator.

Machine learning
All ESET Endpoint products currently use machine learning in conjunction with all of our other layers of defense and have done so since 1997. Specifically, machine learning is used in the form of consolidated output and neural networks. For a deep inspection of the network, admins can turn on the special aggressive machine learning mode that works even without internet connection.

Multilayered defense
A single layer of defense is not enough for today's evolving threat landscape. All ESET’s endpoint products have the ability to detect malware pre-execution, during execution and post-execution. Focusing on the whole of the malware lifecycle, not just on a specific part, allows ESET to provide the highest level of protection possible
